Every house on this site is designed by a structural engineer, not only drawn. The foundations, the first-floor slabs, beams and lintels of the double storeys, and the roof tie-downs are designed to the SANS codes (SANS 10160 loads, SANS 10100-1 concrete, SANS 10400 building regulations), and the same engineer adapts the design to your erf and its founding conditions.
